Welcome to your ICU Rotation

There are call rooms within the ICU for trainees taking on-call duties; please liaise with our Team Lead (charge RN) for further details and if any questions

All call room bookings will now be coordinated through the Chief of Staff Office, with medical learners receiving booking priority.

Key details of the updated process are outlined below:

Call room requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled call shift.
Access to the call room will be granted through ID badge access, available from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on the approved date.
Due to limited availability, call rooms may be booked for a maximum of two consecutive days.
Requests submitted after 2:00 p.m. for same-day bookings or on weekends may not be accommodated. Please ensure all requests are submitted 24–48 hours in advance of your call shift.
