Our mission at ecriticalcare.org is to strengthen interprofessional collaboration in our critical care units by sharing evidence-based protocols, best practices, and comprehensive educational resources. Through a focus on high-acuity conditions—such as cardiac arrest, sepsis, respiratory failure, and shock—we aim to advance clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes. We also equally strive to look after the TEAM - using SOPs (standard operating procedures) and SBARs (for program updates). We aim to be a cohesive and high-performing team.
There is no duty-of-care. Everything on this website is for educational purposes only and is not a replacement for expert advice and/or expert medical care. All resources shared are intended for training purposes and should be adapted to local practice parameters, formulary availability, and institutional guidelines.
At ecriticalcare.org, we are committed to driving continuous improvement in critical care through the sharing of evidence-based protocols, resources, and knowledge. Our aim is to build highly knowledgeable, reliable teams capable of delivering timely, precise, and effective life-saving interventions—ultimately improving patient outcomes and reducing mortality from critical illness.
